1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange. To be eligible, item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Unused wallets (original pack)
  • Unworn clothes with tags
  • Non-activated tech gadgets
❌ Non-Returnable
  • Used / worn items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Activated tech gadgets
  • Items damaged by customer

3. How to Request a Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery via Email or WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return.

Send photos of the item clearly showing the issue or defect.

Wait for approval. We will review within 1–2 business days and send return instructions.

Ship the item back to us. Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless item is defective.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refund will be issued via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or wrong items only. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to product availability.
